Documentation
A complete guide to launching checks, configuring notifications and working with UptimeDog.
Quick start
- Open `@UptimeDogBot` and run `/start`.
- Add your first site via `/add` — under 30 seconds, no sign-up needed.
- Check the current status via `/status`.
Basic commands
- `/add`, `/list`, `/delete`, `/edit` — managing checks. When adding, the bot asks for the type: HTTP / Ping / TCP port.
- `/status`, `/stats` — status and statistics across all checks.
- `/profile` — plan, limits and notification settings.
What's checked
- HTTP/HTTPS — site availability, status code and response time.
- Ping (ICMP) — availability of servers and network nodes, RTT and packet loss.
- TCP ports — establishing a connection to any TCP service (SMTP, SSH, DBs, game servers).
- SSL certificates — notifications 30, 7 and 1 day before expiry.
- Domains via WHOIS and the presence of keywords on pages.
Plans
- Free: up to 3 sites, checks every 3 minutes.
- Premium: up to 20 sites, interval from 30 seconds to 1 hour, accelerated mode on failure.
- Payment via Telegram Stars right in the bot — no auto-renewal.
